What is the Wilson Library Google Gadget?
It allows you to search some of the top library resources, including the library catalog, article databases, specific journal titles, and Google Scholar. You can add the gadget to your personalized Google homepage, Blackboard, or any other Web page.
The hope is to bring the Library’s web services to you. To allow you to access the library through websites you visit everyday and make researching a little easier. Want more information about the gadget or Google homepage? Visit the Wilson Library website.

Now when you are searching in EbscoHost, your results will be sorted by “Relevance”. This means that articles that have more of the keywords you searched will come to the top of the result list. You can identify the date range you want to search by using the slide bar on the right side of the results.

Have you ever found the articles and gotten ready to either export them to RefWorks or email them, and the email doesn’t go through or the export fails and you loose all the articles? This is a stress inducing situation, to say in the least! The articles were removed from the folder due to a default setting. This has now been changed! Items will no longer be removed automatically upon exporting or emailing. You will have to indicate that you want them removed by checking the box (see example to the left).
